1. Where is Cuddly Cookies located? 2370 Hillcrest Rd, Suite G, Mobile AL, 36695. We’re the little shop that smells like a warm hug!

2. What are your hours? Monday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM Friday – Saturday: 12:00 PM – 2:00 AM Sunday: Closed (even cookies need a day off)

3. Do you deliver? Yes! Free delivery on all orders over $30 if you’re in our same zip code (36695). Under $30 or outside the zip code? We can still bring them to you for a small fee—just ask!

4. How do I place a delivery order? Order online at cuddlycookies.com, or call the shop. We usually deliver within 45 minutes (faster if you send puppy-dog eyes in the notes).

5. Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or nut-free cookies? Yes!

• Most classics are nut-free, but we’re not a dedicated nut-free facility. Let us know about allergies and we’ll take extra care.

6. How far in advance should I order? Walk-in: Just come on in! Same-day pickup or delivery: Order by 8 PM (11 PM on Fri/Sat) and we’ve usually got you covered. .

7. How long do your cookies stay fresh? Room temperature (in the cute bag we give you): 10–12 days Refrigerated: Up to 3 weeks Frozen: Up to 6 months (they thaw in 15–20 minutes—perfect for late-night cravings)

8. What ingredients do you use? Real butter, cage-free eggs, pure vanilla extract, Belgian chocolate, and zero preservatives or corn syrup. Just the good stuff.

9. Are your cookies safe for severe allergies? We have nut-free and gluten-free options, but we bake everything in the same kitchen. If someone has a life-threatening allergy, please call us so we can take extra precautions or recommend the safest choices.

10. Do you do gift boxes or party platters? Yes! We have ready-to-go 6-pack, 12-pack, and party platters, or we can make custom boxes with a little card. Great for offices, teachers, or “just because” gifts.

11. Can I try a sample before ordering a bunch? Always! We usually have free mini “cuddle bites” at the counter for first-timers. Come say hi!

12. What payment methods do you accept? Cash, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Cash App—whatever’s easiest.
